| I have five years experience translating and interpreting for media companies and NGOs in the Middle East, and more recently for utility companies, banking, emergency response, medical and court contexts.
I can do on-site interpretation;however, over-the-phone interpretation is something that I can do all day long. I charge 15 to 25 cents per word for translation, depending on the text type. Sub-contracted to translate conversion projects and reports written by archeologists for Western experts to implement in the Middle East. I currently work as an Arabic interpreter for Language Line Services. My job consists of over-the-phone interpretation between English speaking clients and their limited English customers. |
