Step 3 : Request the translator
If you have an immediate need, the translator profile indicates whether they are currently online or not.  If they are currently online you can request and immediate conference call.  If you require a future booking, then click on the button to request that translator

After the request has been received, we will confirm availability and inform you of the process for booking and paying for the translator.

Step 4 : Make payment
Make payment for the estimated time of the interpreting session.  If the session exceeds the estimated time, we will bill your credit card for the additional time.  See terms and conditions.

Step 5 : Conduct session and provide feedback
Conduct the session with your telephone translator or interpreter and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the translator.
